• tacos include barbacoa taco (request w/o sauce), pork belly taco, pollo adobo taco (free range chicken in an achiote rub), beef picadillo taco (ground beef w/ cilantro & onion), seared veracruzana fish taco (seared dorado w/ olives & tomato salsa), maiz & poblano taco, huevos con chorizo taco (request corn tortilla), huevos a la Mexicana taco (request corn tortilla)

• grilled corn in a cup with cojita cheese & chipotle mayo
• fresh local fish ceviche in lime juice
• rice & beans
• guacamole
