• Buck Island salad with arugula, cherry tomatoes, corn, avocado, grilled summer squash, goat cheese, tomato balsamic vinaigrette
• Tahiti salad with Surfside mixed greens, mango, avocado, bean sprouts, macadamia nuts, mint, ginger lime vinaigrette
• can add grilled chicken, grilled shrimp, grilled salmon, blackened salmon, grilled steak, or blackened Mahi-Mahi to any salad

Tacos

• request corn tortillas for all tacos
• Cabo San Lucas tacos with grilled steak, grilled poblano peppers and onions, guacamole, lime crema, and cilantro
• Birria tacos with braised beef brisket, jack cheese, sweet onion, and cilantro on corn tortillas served with a side of Yucatán au jus
• Bora Bora tacos with grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, guacamole, honey peanut sauce, sesame seed, and cilantro
• Maui tacos with grilled fish, black bean and corn salsa, avocado, cilantro, and lime crema
• Nevis tacos with grilled shrimp, yellow rice, pineapple mango salsa, guacamole, cilantro, and lime crema
