Pitchoun Bakery

Note that this bakery has items made with gluten-free ingredients, and they take precautions but since the bakery isn’t 100% GF, there is always a chance of cross contamination. All items share the same air, as with any bakery that isn’t 100% GF. GF items are prepared using a separate space, tools, and gloves.

Salads

• Saigon salad w/ green bean, kale, carrot, soy bean, sprout, coriander, ginger, orange, wasabi peas
• Country salad w/ traditional French cooked ham, tomatoes, avocado, egg, corn, butter lettuce, green onions, mustard vinaigrette (request w/o croutons)
• Peasant salad w/ chicken, pork belly dice, lentils, onions, carrots, shallots, frisee salad, parsley, mustard vinaigrette
• Shepherd salad w/ diced bacon, egg, frisee salad, pomegranate, almonds, honey, herbs, mustard vinaigrette (request w/o goat cheese toast)
• Brittany salad w/ tuna, millet, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, arugula, shallots, chives, lemon vinaigrette
• Brussels salad w/ endive, blue cheese, walnuts, pear, shallots, mustard vinaigrette
• Monaco salad w/ prosciutto, cantaloupe, peas, tomatoes, mozzarella, arugula, pistou vinaigrette
• Nicoise salad w/ tuna, tomatoes, hard-boiled egg, olives nicoises, radicchio, mesclun salad, bell pepper, celery, cucumber, green onions, anchovies, classic vinaigrette
• can add chicken, smoked salmon, or prosciutto to any salad

Breakfast All Day

• three organic eggs your way with mixed greens (request GF bread)
• Parisian omelette with French cooked ham, Swiss cheese, mushroom, spinach with baby greens (request GF bread)
• eggs Benedict (request GF bread)
• avocado toast with 2 poached eggs, spices, and red onion (request GF bread)
• seasonal fruit salad

Dessert
