• ceviche w/ catch of the day cured in a green citrus base, tomatillo, pickled cucumber, avocado, corn tostada

• queso flameados are a Chihuahua cheese baked casserole served w/ fresh hand pressed tortillas
• De Chorizo which is Northern Mexican style chorizo
• De Hongos con Rajas with mushrooms, poblano peppers, & corn

Empanadas

• corn masa turnovers
• De Flor de Calabaza Huitlacoche w/ squash blossom, Mexican black corn truffle, chihuahua cheese, bell pepper coulis, cotija cheese
• De Tinga Poblana w/ chipotle pulled chicken, chorizo, rajas poblanas, chihuahua cheese

Tacos

• pork belly tacos with chile pasilla, cotija cheese, guacamole, mango pico de gallo, pickled onions
• salmon tacos with grilled wild salmon, guacamole, jalapeno aioli, pineapple escabeche

• enchiladas callejeras which is Mexican street style panela cheese enchiladas served w/ potatoes & mole sauce, can add chicken, steak, shrimp, or pork belly
• ribeye w/ signature rub, chorizo-baby spinach chilaquiles, fried egg

• esquites which is corn on the cob w/ chipotle aioli, cream, cotija cheese
