• horta which is zucchini spaghetti aka zoodles with baby carrots, brussels, cauliflower, shiitakes, peas, kale pesto, ricotta salata

• fish & meat simply cooked such as sea bass, octopus, salmon, tuna, lamb, pork chop, burger (request w/o roll)
