• scrambled eggs w/ roasted potatoes and bacon or sausage
• baked skillet eggs shakshuka with spinach, feta cheese, tomato-bell pepper sauce (request w/o toast)

• strawberry & arugula salad w/ shaved almonds, spinach, goat cheese, poppy seed dressing
• spring salad w/ butter lettuce, radish, carrots, cucumbers
