• burrata w/ fresh mozzarella with cream-filled center, served with vegetables and cured meat
• truffle burrata w/ fresh mozzarella with cream and truffle-filled center, served with prosciutto and arugula
• gorgonzola burrata w/ fresh mozzarella with cream and gorgonzola center served with speck, seasonal fruit, honey and arugula

Antipasti:

• 4 cheeses of parmigiano reggiano and a revolving selection of imported and domestic cheeses
• 4 meats of prosciutto di parma, mortadella, salamino, and speck, served with olives, jam, and local honey
• Note that fryer has cross contamination so zeppole is not GF
