• Sunny Side roll w/ black rice, braised fennel, sundried tomato, and avocado, topped with butternut squash
• La Fiesta roll w/ Black rice, avocado, chayote, and pickled jalapeño topped with black bean purée and kaffir lime chips
• Chic Pea roll w/ Black rice, roasted eggplant, artichoke, and English cucumber topped with saffron chickpea pureé and parsley
• Spicy Mang roll w/ Black rice, avocado, mango, and English cucumber topped with spicy veggies
• Green Machine roll w/ English cucumber, and asparagus topped with charred edamame (request black rice instead of six-grain rice)
• Sweet Tree roll w/ avocado, roasted sweet potato, and alfalfa sprouts (request black rice instead of six-grain rice)
• Pickle Me roll w/ pickled burdock root, carrot, pickled daikon, and avocado (request black rice instead of six-grain rice)
• Items that are not gluten free include shiitake mushrooms since marinated in soy, six-grain rice, shiitake teriyaki sauce, sweet soy mirin sauce, and coconut avocado cookies
