Gluten-free and vegan options indicated at each dish station. Almost everything is GF. I ate 4 meals there, and every dish was GF except 1 dish. GF bread & separate toaster available.

Sample Lunch and Dinner Menu

• local green salad with beet, radish, carrot, cucumber seasonal dressing selection
• forbidden rice poke bowl with marinated beet, pickled cucumber, watermelon radish, edamame, mushroom, avocado puree, and topped with finger lime and togarashi
• seasonal soup
• healthy protein with seasonal vegetable and simple grain very lightly seasoned with oil and salt
• house teriyaki rice bowl with miso chicken or tofu, bok choy, green onion, broccoli, farm egg, edamame bean, shishito pepper citrus ponzu, mint, shaved radish, house Szechuan, and bonito flake
• GF vegetarian pizza
