​Blondies

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cup GF all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 to 2 cups of chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper or non-stick tin foil. 
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and pure vanilla extract in large bowl until creamy.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time.
  5. Gradually add flour, and mix together. 
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into pan. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown and a knife/toothpick goes through cleanly.
