Ingredients
- 8 oz Mann's Fresh Vegetables stringless sugar snap peas
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- ½ yellow bell pepper, cut into long slices
- ½ green bell pepper, cut into long slices
- ½ red bell pepper, cut into long slices
- ½ small yellow onion, chopped well
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp GF tamari sauce
- handful of cashews
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
- Chop veggies.
- Over medium-high heat, pour avocado oil onto a large skillet.
- Add onions to skillet. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Then add snap peas, cauliflower, broccoli, and bell peppers. Stir fry for another 3 minutes.
- Add GF tamari sauce, and season with salt & pepper. Stir fry for another 3 minutes.
- Add cashews. Stir fry for another 3 minutes.
