Ingredients
- 2 Hilary's Eat Well veggie burgers
- 1 GF everything bagel
- hummus
- sweet potato
- mixed greens
- 2 slices of cheese
Preparation
- Toast the bagel and heat up the veggie burgers.
- Spread hummus generously on the bottom half of the bagel and top with mixed greens.
- Stack 1 veggie burger followed by a slice of cheese, sliced sweet potato, 1 more veggie burger, 1 more slice of cheese, and then add the top half of the bagel.
