Ingredients
- 1 Caulipower crust
- 1 cup of stuffing
- 6 pieces of roasted squash
- 6 pieces of roasted Brussels sprouts
- handful of cranberries
- crumbled dairy free cheese
- thyme
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Remove crust from box & overwrap.
- Add a layer of stuffing to crust.
- Add squash and Brussels sprouts on top of stuffing.
- Cook pizza crust on middle rack or on a sheet pan for 12-14 minutes.
- Top with cranberries, thyme and crumbled cheese.
