Spinach Blondies

Ingredients
- ½ cup spinach
- ½ cup GF oats
- 2 medium bananas
- 3 eggs
- chopped chocolate or chocolate chips, optional
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking dish with parchment paper - I use an 8x8 glass pan.
- Add spinach and oats to blender or food processor, and blend well.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mash the bananas. Add the eggs, and mix together. Add in the spinach-oat powder. Mix together.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if you're adding them.
- Pour mixture into pan. Bake for about 25 minutes.
