Ingredients
- 2 slices of BFree Foods brown seeded loaf
- 1 small avocado, mashed into a paste
- a few slices of smoked salmon
- 1 small beet, sliced
- handful of cashews, chopped
- 1 lemon wedge, juiced
- salt & pepper
Preparation
- Spread the mashed avocado on each slice of bread.
- Add a slice of smoked salmon to bread.
- Add sliced beets to bread.
- Add chopped cashews to bread.
- Drizzle lemon juice on bread & add a dash of salt & pepper.
