Nashville Hot Chicken Sausage Veggie Skillet

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 al fresco Nashville hot chicken sausages, cut into coins
- 1 red bell pepper, cut
- 1 green bell pepper, cut
- 1 broccoli crown, cut
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into coins
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cut the chicken sausage into coins, and chop the veggies.
- Over medium heat, add olive oil to a large pan/skillet. Add the chicken sausage to the pan. Cook until the sausage is crispy & slightly browned.
- Add the chopped onion. Stir and cook. Add the bell peppers, and then broccoli and zucchini. Continue to stir and cook until the veggies are tender. This should take about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle salt & pepper all over. Stir to combine. Serve warm. Can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
