Ingredients
- 1.5 medium banana or 1 large banana
- ½ cup apple sauce
- ¾ cup plant-based plain yogurt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 scoop of Birdman vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup GF all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- chocolate chips (I do about ½ cup)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line pan with parchment paper. I use an 8x8 inch glass pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the banana up well. Add apple sauce, yogurt, and vanilla extract. Mix together.
- Add vanilla protein powder, flour, and baking powder. Mix together.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes. When a toothpick comes out clean from the center, they're done. Let them cool completely, and enjoy! Can store any leftovers in an airtight container for a few days.
