Ingredients
FOR THE BROWNIES:
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup GF all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
FOR THE COOKIE DOUGH:
- 2 ¼ cup GF all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 12 oz chocolate chips
FOR THE MIX-INS:
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line pan with non-stick aluminum foil. I used an 8x8 inch glass pan.
- Make the brownie batter. In a large bowl, combine the butter, sugar, eggs, and pure vanilla extract. Add in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix together
- Make the cookie dough. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, & vanilla extract in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time. Gradually add flour mixture, and beat until well-blended. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Break up a few of each of the four pretzels flavors.
- In a pan, pour the brownie batter evenly.
- Then add some of the broken-up pretzels on top of the brownie batter.
- Next, add the chocolate chip cookie dough evenly, and then add more of the broken-up pretzels on top of this layer.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
