Chocolate Caramel Blondies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 ¼ cup GF all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 8 bars of Schar Chocolix, chopped {about 2 cups)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Add eggs.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt to bowl, and mix together.
- Chop the Chocolix bars so that each bar gives about 9 pieces.
- Fold in chocolate chips and Chocolix.
- Pour batter in 8x8 pan. Bake for about 45 minutes.
