Chocolate Chip Hazelnut Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup GF all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Amoretti hazelnut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line pan with non-stick aluminum foil. I used an 8x8 inch glass pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the egg and granulated sugar. Add in the pure vanilla extract and buttermilk.
  3. Add in flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and stir well.
  4. Add in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour in the batter, and sprinkle more chocolate chips on the top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
