Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 4 small pieces of cheese
- 4 round slices of cucumber
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 pieces of lettuce/spinach
- 4 toothpicks
- sesame seeds
Preparation
- Hard-boil a few eggs. Once they cool, cut them in half horizontally.
- Lay the bottom piece of the egg, and add the cheese, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and then the top piece of the egg. Secure with a toothpick. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the top so it looks like a bun 🙂 Store any leftovers in the fridge.
