Pizzana

GF pizza crust available upon request but I didn’t feel comfortable eating it since the pizza goes directly on oven. Unable to cook pizza on a separate tray.

Appetizers

• Caprese di Burrata: blistered cherry tomato, basil pesto, burrata (request without bread)
• Broccoli Romano: romanesco with blistered cherry tomato, caper, olive, oregano, Calabrian chile (request without bread crumbs)

Salads

• Cavoletto di Bruxelles: shaved Brussels sprout, lolla rossa, apple, toasted pistachio, caramelized shallot vinaigrette
• Chop salad: kale, green leaf lettuce, frisee, cucumber, chickpea, avocado, gaeta olive, salami, provolone d’agerola, Calabrian Chile vinaigrette
• Carulina: green leaf lettuce, frisee, crispy prosciutto crudo, charred corn, parmigiano oregano dressing
• can add wood fired jidori chicken to any salad

Dessert

• salted caramel panna cotta (request without pretzel)
• gelato: vanilla ice cream, fudge, sprinkles
