From their website: Our cookies are made in a separate and sterilized facility never used for gluten containing products. As per FDA guidelines, we consistently random test our cookies for gluten contamination and they test below 5ppm (the FDA standard is 10ppm). Our founder, who suffers from celiac disease and is highly sensitive to gluten contamination also taste tests every batch to ensure that she doesn’t have a reaction. Our facility is not a dedicated gluten free facility.
